Standard Shipping

Delivery Time:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days (rural areas: 3-14 business days).

Shipping Process:

  • We process orders Monday to Friday during office hours (excluding public holidays).
  • While we strive to dispatch orders quickly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
  • Once shipped, your order is in the care of the courier or postal service. We are not responsible for errors made by these services.
  • Please open your parcel with care—we cannot be held responsible for damages caused during unboxing.

Faulty Goods

An item is considered faulty if:

  • It arrives damaged.
  • A defect is reported within 2 months of receipt.
  • The damage was not caused by the recipient.

We take great care to ensure quality at Hogarth Arts. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@hogartharts.com.au or call 0438 159 175, and we’ll assist you.


Customer Guarantee

We offer refunds if the item:

  • Is faulty
  •  Is unsafe
  • Does not match the online description

We do not accept returns for items damaged by general wear and tear or improper handling.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • If eligible, you can return the item for a full refund or store credit.

To process a return, you will need:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for the purchase

Returns & Refunds

Returnable Items

Any item returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition
Artwork (prints) must be returned within 7 days (you must contact us first with the issue and photos)

Important: Prints are fulfilled by a third-party provider, so processing may take longer. The third party provides the warranty for these items, not Hogarth Arts.

Non-Returnable Items

Free gifts or promotional items
Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received the wrong item.

How to Return an Item

Once we receive the returned item, processing takes 1-2 business days.
